Rockeman Town Planning (RTP) is experienced in small, medium and large residential and commercial, environmentally sensitive and locally contentious applications.

RTP works to identify the key environmental, social and economic factors involved in your unique application which allows us to provide quality advice, manage various stakeholder perspectives and provide a holistic approach in planning for your development through practical and informed measures with client objectives always as the foundation.

Rhonda Jamleoui, Principal Town Planner

Rhonda Jamleoui is the Principal Town Planner at RTP. Rhonda has over a decade of industry experience from NSW local governments and the private sector.

During her time in local government Rhonda has worked in various roles in development assessment, strategic, local and community planning and policy advisory.

Rhonda has worked as a principal consultant in advising and liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders in preparing development applications for Council lodgement. Rhonda’s experience includes the preparation of Planning Proposals, development applications, Statements of Environmental Effect and Heritage Impact Statements for large mixed use developments, residential flat buildings, heritage and environmentally affected properties, applications involved in State and Crown Land, locally contentious applications, change of use applications, experience in the Land and Environment Court and many more.

Her experience allows her to have an excellent grasp on the use and interpretation of planning legislation, guidelines and principles that ensure her planning work is at the forefront of the industry.

Rhonda has a Bachelor’s Degree of Town Planning from University of New South Wales.
